As we come to the edge of a wind-swept lake in a hidden forest, we see turbulence on the surface of the water. However, as we enter the water, and go deep below the surface, we discover that the deeper we go, the less turbulence we experience. It becomes calmer and calmer until we come to a place of stillness.

The same is true of our anxieties, traumas, and other disturbances. In this Master Class, we will have the opportunity to explore the relationship between coherence in our body and nervous system, and on our capacity to come to a place of deep calm, core Self-regulation and inner peace.

In this class, we will learn how to track coherence in our bodies and utilize this perception to uncover that deep part of our True Self, the enduring part that goes beyond words, and goes below the surface, as in a deep primeval lake. It is the eternal part that we so yearn to connect with. Come and join us in this inner exploration.
